HAENEL MODEL 20 AIR RIFLE SOLD

A nice example of the Model 20 Haenel Air Rifle.

Calibre .177.   Chrome/ Nickle plated steel work; action, barrel, underlever.  Flat wooden butt-stock.  Smooth bore barrel.  Chequered underlever.  Simple open sights.

Overall length 34.3/4″  Barrel length,14.1/4″  Pull length 12.3/4″ to centre.  Fully functional, good bore. The stock has been repaired where it joins the action but the repair is fast.

The action is marked quite clearly with the model designation “X X” over “HAENEL”.  On the underside of the steel action are the words; “MADE IN GERMANY”  and on the underside of the butt-stock is a date of production and reads; “09/29”.  Still functioning at 91 years old !
