Australian Contract BSA .310 Cadet rifle

The Classic Collectors piece in obsolete caliber.310 cadet. s/n 63637. Martini Action with pleasing grey/blue patina all over, action marked “COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA/VIC” and on left hand side “MADE BY THE BIRMINGHAM SMALLARMS CO LTD” with BSA Trade mark. On top of action the Kangaroo logo.  25″round blued barrel with fully adjustable rear sight with patent numbers. Walnut furniture with front and rear sling swivels. Good clear proof marks on barrel, also “7/11” stamped into right hand rear side of stock. Cocking indicator present and operating correctly.

Condition: Good all over grey/blue patina with even coloured woodwork with minor dings and scratches. Metal butt-plate. Bore is good. Mechanically in good working order and condition.
